Instructions 

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Line a bombastic, rimmed baking sheet ( about 12X18-inches ) with parchment paper .

Bread flour, general-purpose unbleached flour, and white unharmed wheat flour. My front-runner jazz band is credibly half bread flour, half whiten whole wheat flour ; the dough is highly versatile !
