Big Woods opens first Hamilton County location – Visit Hard Truth

Big Woods Hazel Dell will offer Big Woods’ pizza and pub fare, along with Hard Truth Distilling Co. spirits and Quaff ON! Brewing Co. beer  Noblesville, Ind. – Big Woods Restaurant Group is set to open the doors of its seventh localization, Big Woods Hazel Dell, at 14741 Hazel Dell Crossing in Noblesville. The new 7,700-square-foot location will officially open to the populace Feb. 17. centrally located among Carmel, Westfield, Fishers and Noblesville, this is big Woods Restaurant Group ’ s first expansion into the union side of the Indianapolis area. This year, all seven Big Woods restaurants are expected to serve a sum of 1 million guests. The restaurant will provide seating for approximately 250 guests — including 40 patio spots — and two private rooms for party rentals. Visitors will have access to both a 21+ bar area and family-friendly booth and board seating.

“ We ’ ve continued to see increase demand throughout the country of Indiana for our restaurants, ” said Co-founder and Executive Chairman Jeff McCabe. “ With our beginning orifice in Hamilton County, we hope to make the drive a little brusque for some of our existing fans while besides attracting fresh customers. ” The newly family restaurant will offer up an update version of Big Woods ’ democratic pizza and public house menu, with classical favorites like pulled pork BBQ nacho and brewer ’ sulfur wings, ampere well as updated and new items like the “ Candied Bacon Bomb ” burger featuring a hand-pressed land beef patty, house-candied bacon, caramelize onions, garlic aioli, rocket and a balsamic glaze. “ I truly am excited to bring our guests this modern menu, ” said Executive Chef Patrick Matthews. “ We put a lot of idea and feat into ensuring our guest have the best possible experience. ”
